Nunes tells Fox News memo was released out of public obligation

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes, R-Calif., said Friday that the controversial memo alleging intelligence abuse during an investigation into the 2016 campaign was released out of “an obligation to the American people” and that there is  “damning” evidence that the courts were misled in an attempt to gain surveillance of a Trump campaign member.
