Nunes 'made material changes' to classified memo sent to White House, Schiff charges

Rep. Adam Schiff, the top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, said late Wednesday that Rep. Devin Nunes, the committee’s chair, made “material changes” to the controversial memo sent to the White House that criticizes the FBI’s use of secret surveillance during the 2016 campaign.
